We had 30 to 40 below zero windchills and you could stand next to the window and not feel anything.
The metal wrap on the windows and doors looks great and the installation was top notch. The only knock I would have is they were behind on other jobs and didn't get starting installing on time but Ben made it right with me and added some extras for my wait.

At any rate, we had a terrible hail storm which pretty much destroyed the exterior of our home in June, We received two estimates. Mind you, the other contractor was great, but the deciding factor was my personal knowledge of Tom Steen and how he has lead his life.
After having talked to the sales rep with All American, Greg Maher, we were duly impressed with the products they used and the professional way in which Greg explained it all, so we contracted with All American to completely replace all of our old windows with new windows which are 5 times superior and much more energy efficient than our factory windows.
The removal and installation was, quite simply, as good as their products. The guys were terrific from beginning to end. The roofers went above board and even worked with the roofing on fairly windy days.
Those guys are impressive, and a first class crew!! They were extremely capable at their job and took the utmost care from one end of the job to the other. I was further duly impressed with the quality of the work they performed on the soffit, etc as well.
Top notch. The kicker was when Ben came out one day to inspect and discovered some minor flaws in the windows. Guess what. We received all brand new replacement window inserts. These were such minor flaws, that truly, we would never have discovered these flaws had Ben not been so diligent in striving to do such a great job. To many, these might appear to be small things, but to us, this indicated true professionalism, and honesty to boot.
Believe me when I say this, there is no one in this line of business that I would recommend above these fine fellows. We know many people within our area, and we are blessed to be surrounded by many good people in all aspects.

We had a small leak up on the roof which appeared to be getting inside to an interior hallway bathroom.
When All American came to give an estimate I told them of my plight. To help on the roof leaking; since insurance is a process, they were able to caulk around the leak and do a small repair.
